We commence with a comprehensive initial inspection, accompanied by full photo documentation, before our technicians apply a car interior protection to the vehicle. Following this, plastic panels and mudguards are meticulously removed to gain access to the surfaces. Subsequently, all body and components undergo a thorough de-greasing process using a high-temperature power wash and steam cleaning, effectively eliminating years of debris from the under body and components.

Deeper rust spots are meticulously addressed using a combination of wire brushing or media blasting techniques to ensure the complete removal of underbody rust. The surface is then coated with a rust converter, further treating any surface corrosion that might not be visible but is still present. This is allowed sufficient time for the reaction to effectively convert corrosion.

All of the vehicle's chassis cavities undergo injection treatment to halt and address ongoing non-visible internal rust. Once this process is complete, the under body and components are treated with the black 4941 product, creating a fully protected underside for your vehicle, surpassing the original condition.

After drying, the vehicle is fully masked up to safeguard the paintwork and 'non-coatable' areas. If necessary, the old, worn under-seal is expertly removed using various professional techniques and procedures, ensuring comprehensive protection for all body and components. Attention is given to chassis and body areas, where 'bare metaling' restores the original steelwork to a shiny, bare finish. This is followed by coating it with a flash rust inhibitor.

The vehicle is then unmasked, undergoes a thorough check, and is signed off by one of our technicians.
