Mercedes Sprinter

This Mercedes Sprinter visited Rustec for our premium Dinitrol rust-proofing treatment. Following a detailed inspection and photographic assessment, the vehicle underwent intensive underbody cleaning, corrosion preparation, cavity wax injection and a full Dinitrol 4941 protection application. Sprinter vans are commonly used year-round for commercial, leisure and motorhome applications, exposing them to moisture, road salt and harsh driving conditions. Protecting the underbody, chassis and internal cavities can help preserve the vehicle's condition and reduce the risk of costly corrosion-related repairs. Upon completion, the vehicle was enrolled into the Rustec Lifetime Care Programme, including free annual inspections and minor top-up applications to help maintain long-term corrosion protection.
