What's Involved?
This is a robust external and internal rust proofing treatment that offers effective, lower-cost solutions for keeping vehicle corrosion at bay
We commence with a comprehensive initial inspection, accompanied by full photo documentation, before our technicians apply a car interior protection to the vehicle. Following this, all body and components undergo a thorough de-greasing process using a high-temperature power wash and steam cleaning

After effectively eliminating years of debris from the under body and components. Once dry, the vehicle is fully masked up to protect the paintwork and 'non-coatable' areas. Surface rust is then removed using techniques such as wire brushes and needle guns. The corroded areas undergo a two-step process, sealing and treating the rust.

All of the vehicle's chassis cavities undergo injection treatment to halt and address ongoing non-visible internal rust. Once this process is complete, the under body and components are treated with the Waxoyl product, creating a fully protected underside for your vehicle, surpassing the original condition.

The vehicle is then unmasked, thoroughly checked, and signed off by one of our technicians. A complete photo documentation is finalized, and a certificate of completion is generated for the vehicle. This treatment is partnered with 1 years free top-up And as always our Rustec guarantee.
